The Cuisinart BRK200U works as both a stone oven and a grill. Acting as a traditional pizza and bread oven the BRK200U is ideal for pizzas and bread, as well as being able to bake roast and grill with a fan assisted oven for 30% faster cooking. The toasting facility has a browning control, and can toast up to 6 slices at a time, evenly and consistently.
The BRK200U comes complete with all the accessories you need including 2 wire racks, a grill pan, a pizza spatula, a baking tray and a pizza stone. It even has a built-in oven top plate warmer. When using the grill function there is a fat collecting tray for healthier cooking and a maximum temperature of 260 degrees.
